1. CityOn Xidi Port (Xi 'an) Shopping Center 2024 high-altitude cleaning


2. Operation contents: project facade, dome glass high cleaning, sightseeing elevator shaft inside and outside cleaning, door inside and outside high cleaning, cross-floor escalator high cleaning, etc.






★ Qualification requirements:


1. The bidder shall be legally registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China, and have the status of an independent enterprise legal person, with corresponding qualifications and the ability to perform the contract;


2. The registered capital of the bidder shall not be less than RMB 1 million yuan;


3, have a good business reputation and the ability to perform contracts;


4. The company has been established for more than 3 years;


5. There are high-altitude cleaning cases of large-scale commercial projects with performance cooperation, and there are no less than 3 commercial complex contract performance projects or no less than 3 grade A office buildings and star-rated hotels contract performance projects;


6. In the previous bidding activities, there was no violation of law, violation of discipline or breach of contract.






★ Pre-qualification information:


1, valid business license (color copy stamped with the official seal of the unit);


2, tax registration certificate (if any) (color copy with the official seal of the unit);


3, organization code (if any) (color copy with the official seal of the unit);


4, valid enterprise qualification level certificate (color copy with the official seal of the unit);


5, provide at least two years of corporate financial audit reports (copies stamped with the official seal of the unit);


6. Similar commercial projects with performance services in Xi 'an shall be regarded as field inspection objects;


7. The bidder shall provide the proof of similar large-scale project cooperation in the past 3 years (subject to the notice of winning the bid or the contract);


8, the number of registered high-altitude special operation employees is not less than 30 people (within the validity period);


9. The company has public property insurance and employer liability insurance, of which the public property insurance is not less than RMB 1 million, and the employer liability insurance is not less than RMB 500,000.






★ Registration process:


All interested units can go to the project field investigation consultation, Xidi Port (Xi 'an) Shopping Center will be based on the "registration information email" registration information screening, determine the inviting units and to the invitation units or service case site field visit, unsuccessful units will not be notified.
