Bidding content:


CityOn Xidi Port (Xi'an) shopping center procurement: including data acquisition system construction, ERP upgrade deployment, software/hardware procurement and supply, installation and debugging, project implementation, training and maintenance services.


Qualification requirements:


1. The bidder shall be legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China. The company has been established for more than 5 years and has the qualification of an independent enterprise legal person; it has the corresponding qualification and ability to perform the contract, and has the corresponding ability in personnel, equipment, funds and other aspects;


2. The registered capital of the bidding unit shall be more than 5 million, and a special VAT ticket can be issued;


3. The bidder's service contract and performance certificate of similar projects in the past two years.


4. Have the patent or agent or authorization qualification of the equipment and system functions contained in the subject matter, and have the ability to implement


5. The inquiry does not accept the quotation of the consortium.
